I doubt, that this is a bluefish bug. Bluefish is just an affected
package. This might be caused by an .la-file, which dependencies are not
reflected by the related Debian/Ubuntu package. Maybe a simple rebuild
of bluefish will fix this problem. Otherwise, the package introducing
the libgail-dependency needs a rebuild.
