I'd have to install Hardy in a VM (which I honestly do not have time for
now), but the fix is simple: if you can "apt-get gnome" in hardy with
that repository, then the bug is fixed and it should be moved out of
-proposed.  Mayhap a bug report needs filed against Ubuntu policy to
account for trivial fixes as such.  That said, bug 346938 also needs
fixed (which is not a dup).  For whatever reason, I thought the
assignments here as a dup were for that bug.  I _really_ shouldn't read
my mail right after waking up...
