The top group of binary packages you listed are part of the
python3-defaults source package. This is a group of packages that always
depend on the Debian default Python interpreter (currently python3). It
does say this in the package descriptions for these packages ("This
package is a dependency package, which depends on Debian's default
Python version (currently v3.0)").
The bottom group of binary packages you listed are part of the python3
source package, which contain the actual interpreter, libraries,
applications etc, which the python3-defaults group of packages depends
on.
