[Bug 361098] Re: [RS690] "Failed to map FB" on logout

I downloaded the following packages and dpkg-i'd them:
  xserver-xorg-video-radeonhd_1.2.5+git20090415.950842aa-0ubuntu0tormod_amd64.deb
  xserver-xorg-video-radeonhd-dbg_1.2.5+git20090415.950842aa-0ubuntu0tormod_amd64.deb

Results:
* This bug still happens (see attached Xorg.0.log)
* Now the KDE/Plasma fade-in effect on login works, nice :)
* Seems like the previously slightly distorted logout dialog is fixed as well.
* But window shadows look broken.
* And I get a new flicker/distortion while the KDE splash screen is shown, between the first and second icon.
* radeonhd is no longer preferred over the default radeon driver so I had to add a Driver line in xorg.conf
