[Bug 362663] [NEW] syncing evolution with WM6.1 causes time shifts

Sorry, but I'll do my best in English ...

Problem:
Imagine you're on holiday and your phone tells you a holyDAY that isn't. So how about recognizing your plane is already gone ? :(

I'm not sure if this issue is really caused by multisync, but in the end
multysync has to deal with the following PIM misbehaviour of
synchronizing "All Day Events" with []:

0. Synchronizing normal (clock defined) events works fine,

Synchronizing "All Day Events" from ...

1. ... Evolution to WM6.1
1.1 is also ok, as long as the period of time is before "2010-03-28".
1.2 Creating an All Day Event" at 2010-03-28 shows this in Evolution correctly, but the mobile device shows it at 2010-03-28 AND at 2010-03-29. The same with every other "All Day Event" including the 2010-03-28: The mobile device adds one more day to that period of time.  
1.3 Creating an "All Day Event" starting at 2010-03-29 or later is ok.

2. ... WM6.1 to Evolution
2.1 is always showing this event one day earlier in Evolution.

The 2010-03-28 is the beginning of CEST (Central Europe Summer Time), so
both systems (Evolution and WM6.1) have to be tuned correctly and not
showing different dates of "All Day Events". I guess the problem is
caused by treating the 2010-03-28 with only 23 hours and including one
hour of the following day. The rest of this incident is out of my power
of imagination.

In Evolution (lang.: German) there's a setting "an Sommerzeit anpassen"
which means adapting to "Daylight Saving Time". Checking or unchecking
this button did not take effect and an update of WM6.1

/daylight-savings-update.mspx) did not solve the problem either.
