[Bug 363043] [NEW] pbuilder-dist no longer setting aptconfdir

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

In jaunty (ubuntu-dev-tools 0.72), pbuilder-dist no long adds the
--aptconfdir pbuilder argument. This was a nice feature with previous
versions of pbuilder-dist. You were able to edit
~/pbuilder/etc/hardy/apt.conf/sources.list to add distribution specific
repositories.

I see that this was lost when pbuilder-dist changed from a sh script to
a python script. Could this be added back to pbuilder-dist? A simple
fix is to apply the attached patch. But this does not address creating
new apt.conf directories for new distributions, like the old pbuilder-
dist used to do.

Is this a bug, or is there a new and improved way of doing things that I
am not seeing?
