Well, I just upgraded to Jaunty RC, and guess what! Now (after I check
the option allowing flash on the feeds, it seems either it didn't exist
before or the upgrade unset it) it seems to be working! I open up
skeptoid podcast and play it - it works. I go to an youtube video and
get back to it - it works again.

But please let me a few more days to test this thoroughly. Thanks for
the tip.
