Dave,
I've tested your Twinkle build on Jaunty updated to 4/17/2008.  I don't know how to test the ZRTP feature, but would be willing to perform a test with you to confirm that your packages fix this problem.

I do have OpenPGP keys as shown on my launchpad page.
