[Bug 363473] [NEW] Disabled rendering formats in kdenlive, e.g. x264

Public bug reported:

Ubuntu Jaunty, kdenlive 0.7.3-0ubuntu2
x264 rendering is unaccessible, although libx264 and libfaac are installed.
same situation with mpeg2, mpeg4, xvid4. Libs are in place, but kdenlive grayed out these profiles.
Surprisingly, realvideo is active.

avidemux works fine
