[Bug 360271] Re: fzsftp crashed with SIGSEGV in free()

Caused by a variable not being initialized in open_existing_wfile. The
attached patch fixes the problem.

The same problem also exists in the package putty-tools to which the
attached patch can be applied as well (correct paths in the diff if
needed).
