[Bug 363616] [NEW] kpowersave and notify-osd

Public bug reported:

If i use kpowersave along with notify-osd in Jaunty,one keystroke for
lowering brightness is interpreted as two and brightness reduces by two
levels,without kpowersave it works fine.
