Please sync whatsnewfm 0.7.0-2 from debian unstable

FreshMeat changed to a new newsletter layout, thereby making the current
version in jaunty completely unusable. The new version is an update to
support the new version.

The package builds and installs cleanly. I've only been able to give it
minimal testing as it operates on a daily newsletter, and the only
newsletter archive I've been able to find that carries it is down for
maintenance.
