Binary package hint: alarm-clock

The current alarm-clock package is broken, and causes the entire system
to become unresponsive if used. It should be removed from 9.04

This is running 9.04 RC

Steps to reproduce:
"apt-get install alarm-clock"
"alarm-clock"
observe that system is frozen.
