Also sorry just a side note thanks to Alessio Treglia for trying to fix
the warning messages.

For now I tested reverting back to the previous package and it does work

Note to install save file say in home directory.

then open a terminal and sudo dpkg -i hellanzb_0.13-3ubuntu2_all.deb

Opening the deb file in the default GDebi Package Installer will not
allow installation as you already have the 'newest' version
