[Bug 364715] [NEW] alt-c shouldn't be used in hildon app menus

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: galculator

In galculator, alt-c is assigned to the calculator menu.  Actually
pressing alt-c seems to close apps by default in hildon though, so it
only results in closing the calculator app.  Interestingly though, if
the menu bar has focus (such as by opening another menu, the pressing
escape) then alt-c works for opening the menu.
