[Bug 365196] [NEW] aMSN doesn't always respect settings (tray icon)

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: amsn

aMSN settings:
- show tray icon
- start without showing the main window (tray only)
- login on start

System settings:
using the menu:
system - preferences - startup applications: added the amsn command to the startup programs tab, no parameters specified.

behavior:
- on login after cold boot: tray icon doesn't appear, aMSN main window starts minimized on the taskbar, aMSN is logged in.
- on login after logout: tray icon appears as it should, aMSN is logged in.

I'm using Jaunty beta, up-to-date at the time of this bug report.
I was unable to find logfiles related to this issue.
