Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: svn-workbench

Steps to reproduce: create a new (uncontrolled/unversioned) file inside
one of the controlled/versioned folders of your working copy. Load svn-
workbench and navigate to the top level directory of the SVN tree in
which you created the new file. In view select "Show Uncontrolled files"
and nothing else. Now try to browse your SVN tree to get to the
uncontrolled file. (You will not be able to do so)
