[Bug 365251] [NEW] Aqualung Lua support missing

Binary package hint: aqualung

Lua support is one of the new features in aqualung 0.9~beta10. It is
used for programmable title formating.

The build dependency on liblua5.1-0-dev is missing in the debian/control
file, therefore aqualung 0.9~beta10 is configured without lua support.
