[Bug 365496] [NEW] Configure MPLayer with libdca enabled (Backport request)

Binary package hint: mplayer

It looks like the version in Jaunty was compiled without libdca, making
it impossible to playback files with a DTS HD audio format, although
this is one of the formats used on Blu Rays.

Maybe it would be wise to fix this before 9.10, a backport would be
nice.
