[Bug 365597] [NEW] Impossible to change desktop theme

Public bug reported:

Using Kubuntu 9.04 Jaunty, it's impossible to install a new desktop
theme from the web.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. From Kickoff go to system settings. 
2. Select Advanced Tab
3. Select Desktop Theme details
4. Click Get New Theme, install any theme (tried to different ones)
5. Expect Apply button in the lower part of the dialogue to become active. 

Instead the button remains inactive and it's impossible to change the
theme.
