[Bug 365864] [NEW] Outlook Citrix screen tearing

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

After upgrade to 9.04 outlook via citrix shows screen tearing. In 8.10
it was working fine. It doesn't matter is desktop effects are enabled or
disabled. When changing virtual desktop the window is rendered as it
should, when changing a folder in outlook the window rendering is teared
again. I attached a screenshot to show the error.
