I want to highlight that i think is not a virtualbox-ose or kqemu-source trouble but a problem of dkms package.
First file : /etc/init.d/virtualbox
2nd : -> build_in_tmp (pointed from the first file for compiling kernel module)
3nd : -> dkms.conf of vboxdrv & vboxnetfl
