This bug is marked as a duplicate of bug 342868 yet I cannot access that
bug. Attempting to view https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/342868 returns:
"Not allowed here. Sorry, you don't have permission to access this
page."

As this is the case I am unable to comment there, so I will here. I am
experiencing the same issue.
