[Bug 366467] [NEW] Choppy mouse on eee pc 900

Binary package hint: netbook-launcher

On my Asus EEE PC 900, I've got UNR working mostly well, with one
exception:

When the mouse cursor is over the UNR launcher, and only when it's over
the UNR launcher, the mouse action is choppy and freezes from time to
time, making it frustrating to select an application to launch.

This issue does not occur when the mouse is on for example the top menu
bar on the screen or in any other applications I've tested.

(Ubuntu 9.04.)
