I can't seem to access to bug that this is a duplicate of. Anyway, it
looks like the default python for jaunty is 2.6, while the xen libraries
only exist for 2.5. Editing /usr/bin/convirt and changing python to
python2.5 seems to work:

PYTHONPATH=$PYTHONPATH:`convirt --xendir`/lib/python python2.5
/usr/share/convirt/src/convirt.py
