Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: fast-user-switch-applet

Preamble:
I used to use FUSA in 8.10. Then, when upgrading to 9.04, shutdown button disappeared from "System" menu, so I decided to remove FUSA. The first time I removed FUSA from the panel, shutdown button correctly re-appeared in "System" menu.

Problem:
Now, every time I login, neither the FUSA applet nor the shutdown button in "System" menu are present. (!!!) There is apparently no way to shutdown the system, or to logout. The only way I have to get shutdown button in "System" menu again, is to add and remove FUSA from the panel. After this, the "Systme" menu buttons are present again.

** Affects: fast-user-switch-applet (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
