Recently I have found issue which seems quite similar to mine:

problem yet :/

Originally, my array was created using FastTrack integrated controller.
Later on, I switched the array as it was to intel IHC. That is probably
cause of my problems.

Anyway, this array worked in Interpid and does not work now with Jaunty.
I see I'm not the only one having this issues :/
