Panose classification for Tool Kind should be 8 in setead of 15

Do:
  $ ttx -d /tmp /usr/share/fonts/truetype/msttcorefonts/comic*
and look in the resulting /tmp/comic*.ttx for
      <bSerifStyle value="15"/>
(this is regarding Tool Kind because the latin text parameters are reused for latin hand written)

First of all, 15 is an illegal value here. The correct value is 8.
