Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnomescan
When I try to scan a page using the Automatic Document Feeder on my HP
Laserjet 3052 multi-function device (printer, scanner), over the "net"
backend of SANE, it gets the page, but then fails to end the scan when
there is no other page. It outputs to the terminal I started it from
lots and lots of these lines:
(flegita:19219): GnomeScan-DEBUG: Failed to start scan from net:malich:hpaio:/usb/HP_LaserJet_3052?serial=00CNSKM89072: Error during device I/O
(flegita:19219): GnomeScan-DEBUG: Error during device I/O
I would have expected it to end the scanning process when the last page
had been scanned, rather than get stuck in some loop writing the above.
This makes the program quite useless for me. I don't know if this will
happen to everyone using flegita with an ADF.
