Basic testing within monodevelop suggested that this wasn't causing
issues, but it seems it might be after all. Without a sane patch for
mono-debugger 2.0 (as used in Jaunty) it's hard to patch a fix - but
there's some suggestion in that bug that later versions of the debugger
work on older Mono. If that's indeed the case, then I might try testing
mono-debugger 2.4 in Jaunty once 2.4 lands in Karmic.
