[Bug 368158] [NEW] Evolution fails to load mapi plugin

Binary package hint: evolution-mapi

After upgrading from Ubuntu 8.10 to 9.04 Evolution fails to load the
mapi plugin on startup. The terminal displays an error message about a
missing symbol called debug_level. This is the output:
