FYI, I have built the latest snapshot of kphotoalbum for Jaunty on my
PPA at https://launchpad.net/~dominik-stadler/+archive/ppa which has the
dependencies fixed for kipi-plugins to be installable and working in
Jaunty.

You are using newer code through this, it has a first set of changes to
be more compatible to KDE4, but it seems to be stable and allows to use
all the kipi-plugins for now until this bug is fixed.
