I am having an almost identical problem with the 64 bit rt kernel which
I installed along with the UbuntuStudio-audio packages over the generic
jaunty install. It is fully updated

I am using a Biostar TA790GX A2+ mobo and a ATI HD3650 1GB PCIE card. I
am using the most recent bios from BIostar.

 I have attached a screenshot since it is a little different from the OP but essentially the same issue.
If you come up with something for me to try, please let me know.
