the usual end user application do not have a problem with this. However
developer and power users expect these files names to be in lower case,
e.g. for locating them with find and other tools. Also putting this file
name in lower case would have Ubuntu conform more with Linux Standard
Base (LSB).

On my developer machine with more than 2000 Ubuntu packages installed,
inside /usr/share there is not a single file that has upper case in its
file name extention.

Fixing this will make the file easier to find by conforming to general
exceptions on case conventions. I agree that these expectations might
not be perfect, but with this minor change, at least this file will not
be forgotten in operations done by power users or developers.
