[Bug 369166] [NEW] artefacts in KDE 4.2 kubuntu 9.04

Public bug reported:

I've used Ubuntu 8.04 with both GNOME and KDE. When upgraded to 9.04
everything in GNOME is fine, but in KDE result is this in attachment.
Any solutions?
