[Bug 369743] [NEW] python-pyinotify fails to configure on install, leaving broken package

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: python-pyinotify

Both the postinst and prerm files need exit0 to uninstall the package,
and it fails to configure.

This happens in Jaunty 9.04 amd64:
