Binary package hint: kchmviewer

Please update the package to version 4.0. It uses Qt 4 now and can use
QtWebKit. New features are KDE4 support, better search, faster loading
of files (binary TOC and index tables), improved keyboard navigation,
RTL language support, better handling of "improper" CHM files and a DBUS
interface.
