[Bug 403939] Re: Mplayer can not play back some of videos ripped from youtube

This is the case on 32bits and 64bits jaunty, this is due to an old version of ffmpeg lib compiled with mplayer. This bug is patched on karmic version mplayer, but still present on jaunty. ffmpeg/ffplay is a more recent version as the bug report for ffmpeg was done before jaunty release :
