Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: grub2

I installed  Kubuntu  Karmic Alpha 4 without problem.   Grub works
normally and I can boot into Kubuntu.  I can also boot into Windows XP.
But after rebooting from Windows the grub menu fails to load and just a
blinking cursor appears on screen.  This is quite reproducable and a
Jaunty install does not have the same  problem.
