Thanks to Google I discovered http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1086288 with link to http://www.wensley.org.uk/info where is info how to use user account to capture network:
install libcap2-bin
and run "sudo setcap cap_net_raw=+ep /usr/bin/dumpcap".
Now I can start wireshark as non-root and capture on network interfaces without kernel panic.
Starting wireshark as root didn't change... it offers the USB bus interface and dies on capture start.
