[Bug 418364] [NEW] needs to ignore dpkg's temporary files

Seen on upgrade:

  Setting up apparmor (2.3.1+1403-0ubuntu13) ...
  Installing new version of config file /etc/apparmor.d/abstractions/base ...
  Installing new version of config file /etc/apparmor.d/abstractions/kde ...
   * Starting AppArmor profiles
  AppArmor parser error in /etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.evince.dpkg-new at line 63: Could not open '(null)'

AppArmor should ignore files ending in .dpkg-dist, .dpkg-new, .dpkg-old,
or .dpkg-tmp, all of which may exist during or after upgrades.

 Error: command /usr/sbin/apparmor_status failed with exit code 4: You do not have enough privilege to read the profile set.
 apparmor module is loaded.
