[Bug 420415] [NEW] repos for ttf-mscorfonts changed

this installer that is part of kubuntu-restricted-extras seems to be
using outdated repos for the andale32 font. also for some reason it is
linking to an exe to download? im on kubuntu karmic alpha 4 64bit
