Please sync pidgin-otr 3.2.0-5 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu specific changes have made their way into the lates debian version:
>From ubuntu changelog:
  * otr-plugin.c: Fix: key generation doesn't use /dev/urandom with more recent
    libgcrypt versions (LP: #240640)
  * gtk-dialog.c: Allow to copy the fingerprints from the authentication dialog
    (LP: #310769)

pidgin-otr (3.2.0-5) unstable; urgency=low

  * Fix key generation to use /dev/urandom with more recent libgcrypt
    versions, patch from Felix Geyer (Closes: #550375)
