[Bug 491876] [NEW] ffmpeg segfault regression - working cli encode in jaunty now broken in karmic

Here's a typical cli incantation of ffmpeg, which processes a VC1 stream
from a Bluray and uses a bunch of x264 options. This used to work fine
in Jaunty, and is now broken in Karmic:

ffmpeg -i Baraka.vc1 -vcodec libx264 -crf 21 -bf 5 -refs 5 -coder 1
-trellis 2 -threads 1 -me_method umh -subq 7 -flags2
+dct8x8+wpred+bpyramid+mixed_refs-fastpskip Baraka.mkv
