Please sync hellanzb 0.13-5.4 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
All Ubuntu changes have been applied to Debian:

  * Add python-openssl dependency (Closes: #520601).
  * Fix mishandling of group values with extra whitespace (Closes: #495518).
  * Add debian/patches/100-python_26_fixes to fix Python 2.6
    deprecation warnings. Patch by Alessio Treglia (Closes: #555207).

Other important changes Ubuntu users will benefit from:

  * Add debian/patches/006-Fix_embedded_nzb_postprocessing to fix
    post-processing in case of an embedded NZB file.
    Patch by Marcel de Vries (Closes: #556779).
  * Add new patch to fix crash when unrar isn't installed. (Closes: #554904)
