Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gforge

Possibly similar. I am trying to uninstall gforge-mediawiki entirely and
apache2. I have poked around and tried various things with no benefit.
I cannot remove gforge-mediawiki and related packages. The process
fails leaving the main package yet uninstalled and also preventing me
from uninstalling all of the apache2 packages. I then leave synaptic
package manager (or apt-get) and return and get a broken package
warning... run fix packages and it reinstalls all gforge-mediawiki
packages to fix the broken remnant package. No matter what I do this
repeats and as I say i cannot finish uninstalling apache as a result.
My system is fully updated with no other known dysfunctionalities. This
is a potential security bug.
