[Bug 495501] [NEW] openafs-1.4.11 breaks pam_afs.so

Public bug reported:

The symbol "ktc_curpag" is missing from the pam_afs.so shared object
module. The bug has already been reported at the OpenAFS project and a
fix is also available:

As mentioned in the ticket, this will be fixed with OpenAFS-1.4.12. As long as Ubuntu is on 1.4.11 I propose
applying this patch that is provided by the OpenAFS project:
