Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: python-enthoughtbase

python-enthoughtbase should depend on python-apptools since it needs the
enthought.preferences.api module. I discovered this bug while trying to
run the hello world demo here:
https://svn.enthought.com/enthought/browser/EnvisageCore/trunk/examples/Hello%20World/hello_world.py

** Affects: python-enthoughtbase (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
