[Bug 496689] [NEW] gridengine 6.2-4 will not build under Karmic - patch in open upstream bug was never applied

Public bug reported:

In Karmic, I tried to build gridengine 6.2-4 source package (apt-get
source --compile gridengine*  libdrmaa* [of course I actually listed the
package names]) and got the error that is described in this upstream
bug, which is a conflict in a function named 'getline' with a getline
function in glibc.

The patch that is in that bug report has never been applied (the bug is
open since last April). It just renames the function to sge_getline and
that seems to fix the problem
