Now you're experiencing bug 429841 :(

Plan C:
$ sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/flashplugin-nonfree.prerm
$ sudo dpkg --purge --force-remove-reinstreq flashplugin-nonfree

You should then be able to install flashplugin-installer.
